Lucknow, 2015.09.03 (Business Standard): Samajwadi Party general secretary Ram Gopal Yadav today said the state government was committed towards development of Mathura and a fund has already been allocated for the purpose.
“The Akhilesh government is committed to the betterment of this area and lot of funding has been done,” he said after inaugurating the newly formed Govardhan Tehsil.
Stating that lekhpals (accountant) don’t have good reputation in the state, Yadav asked them to set an example by providing good service to the people.
Yadav also lauded the commendable work done by Mathura-Vrindavan Development Authority on widening of Parikarma road in Govardhan.
He further said once the ongoing construction of highway is completed, the traffic problem in Govardhan town will be solved.
