Vrindavan’s passport office to be operational by end April

Vrindavan, 2018.03.15 (VT) The proposed passport office for Vrindavan’s post office has been approved. In a meeting yesterday, officials discussed plans to make the necessary arrangements, which are set to be in place by the end of next month.

Previously, residents of Mathura, Vrindavan and surrounding cities were forced to travel to the passport office in Ghaziabad. There are 13 districts under the Gaziabad office. Anyone from these districts be eligible to apply for a passport at the Vrindavan passport office.

The officials at the meeting on Wednesday included: Passport office Superintendent Deepak Chandra, Senior Superintendent Bhagwan Singh Rawat, Postmaster General Agra Divisional, Manisha Sinha, and Atul Shrivastava from the Postal Department.
