Clik here to view.Vrindavan, 2016.03.09 (V.T.): Maa Amritanandamayee, fondly known as Amma among her devotees, will visit Vraja for the first time in April. Amma will be visiting Vrindavan as a part of her 2016 India tour. She is arriving in Vrindavan on 7th April, 2016. Her spiritual event of discourse, kirtan and darshan will begin from 10 a.m on 8th April at the Fogla Ashram and will continue till late evening. Shri Vineet Narain, the President of the Braj Foundation informed about it during a press conference. Shri Narain met Amma in Kerala twice in a period of five months and requested her to visit Vraja. Shri Vineet Narain said. “The amount of charities done by Amma for the poorest of poor has made her one of the greatest saints not only in the contemporary times, but in all times.”
The volunteers from the ‘Braj Foundation’ have begun the preparations to welcome Amma in Vrindavan. Shri Nijamrit Swami and Shri Amit Baba, who came from the Amritanandmayee Math in Kerala, are assisting the Braj Foundation to organize the event.
According to Shri Sourav Gaud, the president of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, “Amma will reach Vrindavan, in the night of 7th April with her 1200 devotees, and leave on 9th morning for Lucknow. Where ever Amma goes lakhs of devotees from surrounding places come to seek her blessings. Amma meets each and every devotee and doesn’t leave the place until she gives a hug to the last person who came to seek her blessings. The people in suffering are benefited by Amma’s divine hug.”
